Welcome to Velvet Glow. We operate an online store at https://glowvelvet.co.za, selling the Velvet Glow GoBlend™ Portable Blender.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases made through our store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our applicable store policies.

2. Products

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices and specifications. Product appearance and packaging may vary slightly, but products supplied must meet their advertised descriptions and applicable legal requirements.

Customers should read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions before using the portable blender.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR), unless otherwise stated.

Orders are subject to successful payment confirmation and product availability. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing checkout.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund where required by law.

4. Product safety

The portable blender contains electrical and rechargeable components. Customers should follow the supplied instructions for charging, cleaning, operation and storage.

Do not immerse electrical components in water or use the blender contrary to its instructions. Discontinue use if the product appears damaged or unsafe.

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights concerning defective or unsafe products.

5. Shipping and delivery

We intend to use Aramex for deliveries within South Africa, subject to service availability.

Processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges and tracking arrangements are explained in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations, replacements and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable South African consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this policy removes statutory consumer rights, including qualifying online cancellation rights and remedies for defective goods.

7. Website use

You may not use our website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the operation of our online store.

Website content, branding, logos and original materials may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without the necessary permission.

8. Third-party services

We may use third-party providers, including Shopify, payment processors and Aramex, to support purchases and deliveries.

The use of these services does not remove Velvet Glow’s legal obligations to customers.
